Age Requirement

Members must be 18 years or older.

Compliance with Rules

You agree to comply with the Rules of Membership displayed prominently in the Club relating to opening hours, facility usage, and conduct.

Facility Closures

We will notify you in advance of any planned closures. No refunds will be issued for closure periods.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control.

Personal Training

Payments to Personal Trainers are separate and arranged directly with the PT, not Muscle Manor.

Muscle Manor does not assume any liability for the actions or conduct of personal trainers operating on its premises.

Each personal trainer functions as an independent entity, separate from the club.

Consequently, any disputes or issues that arise should be addressed directly with the respective personal trainer involved.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by English Law.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately if you breach the Club's Rules.

Terms of Payment

Membership plan details, including fees and payment dates, are outlined on the website at the time of joining and confirmed via email to the registered email address.

Memberships can be paid upfront or by monthly direct debit.

For new members who are paying via Direct your recurring payments will then be collected monthly by Direct Debit starting one month after your initial start date.

An initial fee may need to be paid in order to add your direct debit or card details to our system.

If any card payment is returned unpaid or any other form of payment is not honoured, you will be given 7 days to clear your debt.

After this 7-day period, you agree to pay an administration fee of £15 upon our request.

The administration fee will be added every 7 days until the debt is settled in full.

Continual failure of the direct debit payments may result in additional administration fees, suspension, cancellation, or referral to a debt collection company.

Membership fees may increase with a minimum of 14 days' notice, but not during the initial minimum term. Members who do not agree to pay an increase in membership fees will be offered a termination of contract with no charges.

Student Membership

Members on discounted student rates will have their membership fees increased if they are not able to provide evidence that they qualify for discounted membership. Evidence must include full name and current place of study inclusive of expiry date.

New members have a 14-day period from initial join to supply valid Student identification, containing a valid expiry date, through either the initial joining process or the Member Area.

If identification is not provided or invalid, membership fees will be increased to the equivalent full membership fee from the next available payment.

Cancellation

You can request to cancel your membership and give us notice by sending an email to info@musclemanor.co.uk stating you would like to cancel your membership.

We will send you confirmation by email once we have processed your cancellation. Please tell us if you do not receive this.

Cancelling your membership within the first 7 days of joining is allowed for any reason. No charges will be applied during this period, but a fair usage policy is in place and members who have visited the club 1 or more times will not be eligible for a refund.

From this point you will have to initiate a cancellation, please contact info@musclemanor.co.uk

If you pay your membership fees monthly by direct debit, you can cease your membership to coincide with the end of your initial minimum term by giving 30day notice. Unless cancelled, memberships will continue beyond the end of the minimum term.

To confirm your cancellation, Muscle Manor requires a 30-day notice period. Your notice will be officially registered as of the date we receive your cancellation email to info@musclemanor.co.uk

Following your notice, your membership access will continue until the end of the calendar month after your notice period. This means your membership will remain active until the last day of the following month.

Your final payment will be processed as usual for the last month of your membership. This ensures you can continue to enjoy Muscle Manor's facilities and services without interruption until your membership officially ends.

To cancel your membership for medical reasons, you will need to give us notice and provide the documents we ask for as proof of the change in your circumstances.

Your membership will not be cancelled,  until this evidence is provided. (Refunds may be considered when a membership has been purchased on a Paid in Full agreement. The settlement fee is 50% of the remainder of your balance on your 12-month contract. This does not apply to memberships paid by Direct Debit).

Your membership can be cancelled if you violate the gym rules or the terms of your contract if you don't pay any fees or charges within 7 days after the due date and after we send you a written notice giving you an additional 14 days to pay.

If you pay your membership fees upfront in one single lump sum, your membership will automatically end once you have completed this term, unless you choose to renew your membership.
